Golden Laser - VENUS SERIES Laser Engraving Machine:
In fabrics industry, Venus series is mainly for home textile and denim fabrics high speed engraving.
It adopts the world’s advantaged 3D dynamic focusing system. It has larger engraving format compared with traditional engraving technology and single engraving format can reach 1600mmX1600mm. It adopts RF metal laser tube with higher power, high efficiency, longer life span, fast speed and more accurate engraving effect.
Besides, targeted to different customers requirement, Golden Laser has developed a series of products of fixed working table engraving, continuous engraving and long strip flying engraving and has provided good solutions for customers.
In terms of processing method, laser engraving has good processing effect and high added value, also it discards the traditional dyeing and washing process of high pollution. Therefore, it is unanimously deemed that such technology will successfully replace traditional process.
The series laser engraving machines use 3D engraving technology (graphic) and long strip engraving & cutting technology with no splicing traces (graphic).

- It is especially designed for continuous engraving and punching on textiles. The width of the working table can reach 3200mm.
- It adopts triaxial dynamic processing system. There is no need of graphics nesting. It can do engraving, punching and cutting on textile fabric materials at one time.
- It adopts flying engraving technique which means engraving while moving the materials. There is no need of pausing for the materials to be engraved.
- It is suitable for large format engraving and greatly increases the quality and added-value of the materials.
- It has 300W RF metal laser tube for standard collocation. The processing speed is fast and the effect is precision.
- It is equipped with red light positioning device ensuring precise material feeding and processing quality.
- 5 inch LCD screen CNC operating system supports multiple data transmission mode and can run in offline and online modes.
Suitable for engraving, cutting, pouching, hollowing home textile, denim jeans, flannel fabric, suede fabric, cloth, woolen fabric, leather and more flexible textile fabric materials.
