This Apollo Sun Jar is one of those quirky little products which you fall in love with at first glance. The light can be used as a night light or a garden light if you like. It features a solar cell, rechargeable battery, and low energy LED lamp which are powered by the sun to emit diffused and warm light.
The idea is to leave the Sun Jar near a window or under some decent artificial light so that it can collect energy throughout the day. Then when darkness falls it provides a warm / calm, ambient glow. Clever eh?
