*General Information:
It is a new dryer we developed ourselves after refering to some necessary technical information and introduce the advanced oversea and domestic technology. It is featured with reasonable design, compact structure and wide application. It can be used for drying in painting, dyestuff, fine chemistry, pesticide, fertilizer, feedstuff, food, pharmacy, electronics and other industries. It can be ranked as the first in the drying industry. All the design provide by us is made by CAD, which is accurate and convenient.
*Work Theory:
The hot air enters to bottom of the dryer with suitable speed and then goes into the drying room, it will cut, blow and rotate the materials, which will particulate the materials with action of centrifugal, cutting, crashing and friction and intensify the heating transmission. Meanwhile, the bigger or the wet materials are crashed by the mixing device and the smaller and dried particles are rotated up and being dried again during the rising procedure.
*Characteristics:
Because of the function of centrifugal, cutting, crashing and friction, the materials are pelleted into solid very quickly, which intensify the heating transmission. It produce rotary air flow after drying air flow to the bottom of the dryer, it will spray hard to the materials on the wall which avoid materials sticking. In high temperature area, the thermal sensitivity materials won't contact with the surface of heating, which will avoid the color changing. It is featured with high speed and big output as the air speed is very quick. There is swirl-chip inside the drying chamber to control the water content within limitation. The distributor on top of the frying chamber can control the particle size and humidity of the materials after being discharged.
