*Work Theory:
It takes use of the vibrating force and vibrating torque from the vibrator on the bottom of the container. Since the shape of the container is cirque, the vibrating is not same, so the materials in the container will be vibrated around the axial shaft, which form the fluid state. The fluid materials contacts with the wall of heating container, and the water content will be discharged out under the vacuum condition, which dehydrating drying quickly. The equipment is quite suitable for drying heating sensitivity or special materials, it meets GMP requirements.
*Characteristics:
#The materials are in fluid state, so the heating trnsmission and the drying efficiency is very high. It can realize no asepsis operation. It can input high temperature steam ( pressure<0.25MPa) to sterilize. It is convenient, quick and reliable.
#Both feeding and discharging can be vacuum, and it will be helped with mechanic vibration to make the materials be dried when it moves, which improve the heating efficiency.
#The vacuum drying meets GMP requirement, it is quite suitable for heating sensitivity materials. There is a condenser for returning the organic solvent.
#It can be installed automatic cleaning device.
