*Work Theory:
The clarified air goes onto the fluid bed, the wet materials form boiling state. Since the hot air contact with the materials thoroughly, it will be dried in short time. It can e dried within few seconds and comes out from the other side of the fluid bed. Usually, it is operated by minus pressure.
*Application:
Medical drugs, chemical raw materials, food and feedstuff, such as raw materials or drugs , tabletting particles, medical granules, health-keep food, drinking granules, corn embryo, feedstuff, plastic resin, lemon acid and other powder materials. Usually, the suitable particle size is 0.1-6mm. The best size is 0.5-3mm.
