*General Information:
At present, the oven we used adopts axial-flow blower to force the cross-ventilation in the oven. The air in the oven is flow from one end to the other end, which forms a single convective circulation. Since the temperature drops down after flow to the other part, the temperature difference is very big. Therefore, it makes the quality poor or not evenly enough.
For overcoming the problems above, we develop the high-effective double cross ventilation energy-saving oven. The air in the oven is double convective circulation, so it lowers the temperature difference and improves the materials heating evenly.
*Characteristics:
(1). The double convective circulation lowers down the temperature difference.
(2). Improve the heating eveness of drying materials, which increase the effective and the products quality.
(3). The hot-air cycle drying will save the energy.
