2) Cast iron base: the machine is assembled with a stable base, to minimize the twisting distortion and vibration.
3) Structure of the machine: The machine is with high performance, high efficiency and high speed. it is also a modern vertical machining center with good rigidity to avoid vibration when cutting.
4) The screw guide rail of the machines are imported from Taiwan. their have two kinds of guideways.
One is slide Guide: be fit for the workpiece in the exercise of low speed, heavy-duty cutting. Such as mold processing, mechanical fittings with large quantity of knifes processing.
The other is linear Guide: be used for the workpieces in a high-speed light cutting exercise. Such as: hardware processing, aluminum processing, copper processing and a variety of small parts finishing processing.
