Equipments for manufacturing are as below:
HX—30t electric arc furnace, LF—30t ladle refining furnace, 30t VD/25t VOD vacuum refining furnace, vacuum blowing oxygen refining furnace, 10m×10.5m×4m trolley-type heat treatment furnace. Advanced smelting equipments of special steel can smelt high purity various steel grade, so that it may satisfy the requests to special steel in any industry.
Total tonnage of overhead crane is more than 1000 tons, there’s 100/20t one among these overhead cranes.
Casting modeling and core making sand adopt continuous-type sand mixer or fixed-type sand mixer; sand mould binder adopts Technique of Ester-Cured Alkaline Phenolic Resin(be short for α-set method), making the weight tolerance grade increase from “MT” to Grade 12—14, surface roughness can be increased into 25—50μm.
Heat treatment process applies 90㎡, 35㎡, 28㎡, 24㎡, 12㎡ trolley-type heat treatment furnace, main fuel is the cleanest nature gas.
The lever of mechanical machining process equipments is high. There’re more than 50 units equipments, adopting Φ200 CNC floor-type milling and boring machine,Φ10m CNC vertical lathe and so on, which may meet the overall dimensions of 10m×6m×3m, machining of heavy casting of 100 tons-weight.
Quality test has more than 30 sets inspection equipments, such as direct-reading spectrometer with 26 channels, metallographic microscope, ultrasonic fault detector and so on.
The equipments and process of our company is leading level in China's foundry industry, we own the production capacity of 20000 tons~30000 tons/year(0.5-80t)high quality steel casting and 70000 tons-80000 tons (0.5-30t) high quality steel ingot. We can produce various steel ingot with various grade, including 0.5t-80t carbon steel, high manganese steel, heat resisting steel, abrasion resistant steel, corrosion resisting steel, ultralow carbon stainless steel and supercritical steel, meanwhile we can also produce various steel ingot with various grade with the production capacity of 70000t-80000t(0.65t,1.4t,2.5t,3.0t,5.0t). The products can satisfy the requirements of many industries, including ship, aerospace, nuclear power, electric station, metallurgy, chemical industry, railway and automobile.
Our company insists Scientific Outlook on Development, basis on the principle of Building Green Cast-Steel Enterprises, can produce process dedusting with capacity of 700KW, and dedusting filter gross area is 800m2, dust concentration in deduster discharge opening is not more than 50mg/m3.
