Pipeline cleaning
The Magnetic Pig Tracking & Locating System is a complete system for tracking and locating pipeline tools based on pulsed ELF (extremely low frequency) electromagnetic field transmission which can be received outside steel pipelines. As extraneous signals and noise are filtered out, it accurately detects, reports and stores pig passages, locations, time and data. The system is independent of the pipeline medium and works equally well in all liquids, e.g. crude oil, water and refined products and in gases such as methane, air, nitrogen, etc.
Feature
1. Digital filtering of signals to reduce disturbance from other sources.
2. When pig passages are detected, their location, time and data are stored in the memory.
3. Analog display of signal pulse strength for precise tool location.
4. The receiver is designed to endure rough pipeline conditions, and it is waterproof.
5. The receiver battery life is rated at 100 hours with all options on; the transmitter battery life is
rated at 150 hours.

This product has great anti-interference ability by applying the digital signal processing technology. By applying the high-power transmitting technology, the product can be used for large diameter pipeline detection.
