Side plate roller track is one component of side plate transporter device
1. Function:
The side plate roller track is a special roller track that operates automatically in the process of cutting with no need of manual pushing.
2. Technical specifications
a) The length and number of sets of the roller track is determined by the technological process.
b) Drive roller track (see Fig. 1):
i.Maximum overall dimensions:
1230 mm (length) × 400 mm (width) × 500 mm (height)
ii.Mass: 128.6 kg
iii.Type of the cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer: BWD10-43-0.25 (power of the motor: 0.25 kW), drive ratio: i=0.43
iv.Speed of the conveyor wheel: 34 rpm
c) Driven conveyor unit (see Fig. 2)
i.Maximum overall dimensions:
955 mm (length) × 400 mm (width) × 500 mm (height)
ii.Mass: 87.5 kg
3. Structure
a) The transmission line of the roller track is composed of multiple sets of roller tracks (roller track sets fall into two groups: drive units and driven units). In the process of assembly, drive and driven units should be positioned alternately.
b) The drive roller track is composed of the frame, the drive shaft, the conveyor wheel the bearings, the bearing seats, the coupling, and the cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer.
The frame is a welded structure made of steel sections and plates.
c) The driven conveyor is composed of the frame, the drive shaft, the conveyor wheel, the bearings and the bearing seats.

4. Operation
The side plate is placed on the assembled transmission line. Switch on the power of the main motor so that the speed reducer of the main motor is started simultaneously, which drives through the coupling the conveyor wheel and in turn the side plate into motion.
5. Maintenance
a) Lubricate the bearings periodically with lubricating oil.
b) Keep the conveyor wheel clean while it is not working.
6. Safety
a) Do not allow anybody to stand within the scope of the transmission line.
b) Be sure to switch off the power when production is finished at the end of each shift.
