Autoclaved Aerated Concrete AAC Blocks AAC Electric Control Cabinet
The cabinet consists of inverter, low-voltage electrical system,SIEMENS programmable controller,signal isolation converter,analog acquisition module,touch screen,temperature,pressure transmitter. All above are composed of one set of complete LNG filling station equipment,control and protection system. It has the pump, valve, tank control, alarm, shutdown function. Also can be automatic operation, control and protection for gas station , fault with automatic alarm,automatic shutdown, fault diagnosis etc..
PLC is a modular structure and easy to expand and adjust the control mode according to the process requirements. The analog acquisition precision of 12 bits can change the effective detection of the temperature, the pressure value of the real-time working condition; touch screen online can achieve a variety of parameter settings, modify, call and monitoring equipment.
Electric control cabinets include PLC control cabinet and frequency distribution cabinet. PLC control cabinet finish filling all the equipment one by one. Regarding to the weak part of frequency distribution ,the cabinet complete frequency control and aerated pump station distribution function, which belongs to the high voltage part.
