AAC Hardening Trolley Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Plant
1. Description
Hardening trolley is a special transportation vehicle during the period of production. It loads the cut blank and enters into autoclave for curing. After cured, transport the finished product to the field of finished product. After the finished product is unloaded, steaming and curing, wheelbarrow will load blank and enter into autoclave for curing.
2. Main technical parameters
1) Max. overall dimension: L: 4510 mm; W: 1400 mm; H: 365 mm;
2) Mass: 456.6 kg
3) Diameter of wheel (pedal surface): 195 mm
4) Axleneck: 45 mm
5) Bearing (lubricate grease for bearing must endure high temperature no less then 200℃).
3. Structure
Steaming and curing wheelbarrow consists mainly chassis and wheel pair two parts.
1) The chassis is made of profiled bar. It features good rigid and simple structure, etc.
2) The wheel consists of vehicle, wheel and axle and bearing. Its rolling is flexible and reliable.
3) There is special shaft for detaching easy.
4. Principle of work
Two cut blanks are loaded at the upper of chassis parallelly (note: when load the first blank, make the level the chassis level by adding mat between chassis and ground in order to prevent from chassis inclining.)
The wheelbarrow runs in the rail. There is hook between wheelbarrows to connect. Enter into autoclave for curing. When leave the autoclave, transport the finished product to piling field. The detacher will move the hook. Special sling will lift the finished product. The wheelbarrows can be run in single one.
5. Installation
1) Make wheel, shaft, bearing, axial sleeve and junk ring to consist of wheel pair. During the period of assembling, the bearing should be filled with 1＃colloid graphite oil agent. Inner side of rim is 600+0.0 mm.
2) Assemble the wheel pair to the part below of chassis. Four wheels should be at same level.
6. Trial run, adjustment and maintenance
1) Trial run
Run on the rail, the wheelbarrow should be stable and hooking should be correct and detaching is sensitive.
2) Adjustment
If the wheelbarrow is bumpy, adjust the fixed plate of axils. If hooking and detaching is locking, adjust the wrist.
3) Maintenance
Add oil to the bearing one time every week; Clean the bearing and change the lube if is possible.
7. Safety
1) When load the first blank, must level the chassis level by adding mat between chassis and ground.
2) Remove roadblock at rail and side.
