3 Ton Electric Chain Hoist Single phase With Safety Hook , IP54 / IP55
A. General Introduction
NT series electric chain hoist is featured by high strength shell, graceful appearance, compact structure,
small size, and light weight. Dual-pinion is adopted for transmission. The helical gear enables steady and
low noise hoisting when rapid running.
The hoist alloy steel body has a compact structure, Slip ring clutch ensures safety. With the easy operation,
high working duty, light weight, electric chain hoist show its capability in wide industry area such as
fabrication, production line, mining, automobile, oil&gas, etc.
Hoist shell: light alloy steel shell, light and hard, special designed cooling fin ensure 40% heat dissipation.
The structure suitable for chemical plant, electroplate factory.
Electromagnetic brake device: it can generate magnetic force. When the electricity cut off, it allows
immediate braking, so to ensure safety operation.
Limit switch: stop the motor in operation to prevent the safety chain exceeds
Chain: imported FEC80 ultra heat treated alloy steel chain, can use safely in rain, sea, chemicals.
80 degree load chain is high wearable and anti corrosive. It can lift to a height 20 feet. Galvanized chain is optional.
Hook: hard, 360 degree rotatable, ensure safety operation.
Pendent control: water proof buttons, light weight and durable. Compact design, can single hand
operation. The wire has strain to prevent cable damage.
Geared box: adopts alloy steel spiral and straight spur gear for speed reduction. Gear inspection and
lubrication is simple.
Electric control panel: 24v, 36v and 48v transformer. The device prevents accident caused by electricity
leakage, ensuring safety operation in rain. Electromagnetic contactor can be used in high frequency. Anti
phase protection device ensure motor not working under wrong wiring.
Chain bag: with polypropylene or steel material, each chain is lubricated, can choose size according to
actual application.
Trolley: unique side guide rail design ensures steady transmission. Frequency invertor is optional, suitable
for various working condition and environment.
B. Feature
Capacity: 250kg to 50ton. Magnetic brake allows immediate braking and cut off the power supply. Upper and lower limit switch installation is not allowed to exceed the safety chain length. Anti-phase protection device: when the wiring is wrong, the control circuit will not work. Japan FEC 80 chain or G80 chain or other imported chain. Lower hook is 360 degree rotatable, with safety latch. 24v, 36v transformer, protect hoist and ensure safety when electric leakage occur, especial when raining. Water proof push button, light and durable. IP54/IP55, M4, F class. Chain standard length is 3m, longer length available (3m to 130m). All hoist with CE/ISO certificate, user manual and quality inspection certificate. Lubrication recommendation: castral EPX-90 epxB4W-140. Single phase 250kg to 1ton available.C. Technical Data
