Application of Vacuum Pressure-Reduction Concentrator:

The Concentrator is used to condense and distilate liquid material in pharmaceutics, foodstuff, health-protective products, oral liquid, fruit juice, chemical industry and light industry; also used to retrieve alcohol and extrace simple flowing of other solvent.
Structure of Vacuum Pressure-Reduction Concentrator:
The Concentrator has altogether four specific series, (see technical parameter table) all are made of stainless steel; close in structure, artistic in shape, clear and duratle, it's mainly composed of condensing pot, the 1st condenser, air-liquid seperator, the 2nd condenser, cooler and liquid-receiving trough; condensing pot is a layed structure, condenser a row tube type, and cooler snake-liie. The result will be better if adopt mixing or dynamic-state extraction.
Working Principle of Vacuum Pressure-Reduction Concentrator:
Material can be drawn condensing pot by auto-flowing of vacuum drawing, layer is used to heat vapor; the heighe of in-put materia shall not surpass the center of the pot's mirror; the volume of raising vapor is con-trolled by the 1st cooler according to the temperature of different material inside the pot, some foam and high boiling point liquid returns to condensing pot after being seperated from gas to liquid in the seperator.As to industrial solvent,such as alcoto,it is gained at last in liquid-receiving trough through the second condenser and the cooler. The equipment can work at standard pressure or redcude pressure,can work intermittently or continuously. when continuously working and continuos in-put material, flowmeter must be epuippd in material-adding tube,when constantly working at reduced pressure,only after the pressure in pot returns to be standard can material be baken out.
