can process nearly 20 kinds of raw materials and can squeeze them all at once (except for some varieties). The oil is vacuum filtered and there is very little residue in the oil, which ensures the purity and hygiene of
the oil. Structure and working principle

This series is mainly composed of five parts: automatic control part, heating part, adjustment part, transmission part and vacuum oil filter
1. The automatic control part is composed of air switch, AC contactor, temperature controller, circuit
automatic protection device, etc. 2. The heating and pressing part is composed of heater, pressing screw and pressing bar, machine body
assembly, etc. 3. The transmission part is composed of main shaft and reduction pulley, motor wheel, etc. 4. The adjustment part is composed of adjustment screw, adjustment nut, handle, locking nut, etc. 5. The vacuum oil filter part is composed of vacuum pump, oil filter barrel pipeline, etc. working principle
After the power is decelerated, it is transmitted to the main shaft. The screw installed on the main shaft
rotates, pushing the oil between the threads forward continuously. As the space between the pressing
chamber and the screw gradually decreases, the density of the oil increases, and the pressure gradually
increases. During the pressing process, friction occurs between the oil particles and between the oil and
the parts, generating heat. This constitutes the two major elements of pressure and heat in the oil pressing
process, destroying the tissue cells of the oil, causing the oil to overflow from the oil line, and the cake to
be pushed out from the cake outlet head and the cake outlet. When the overflowing oil flows into the oil
filter barrel through the oil pan, the vacuum pump extracts the air in the barrel, forming a negative
pressure in the barrel, and the oil is drawn into the barrel through the filter cloth, while the oil residue is
isolated on the filter cloth. At this time, pure oil is obtained.
