FL-300 high effective pulverizer is used in such industries as pharmacy, chemicals, foodstuff, agricultural pesticide.etc. The Pulverizer is suitable for pulverizing dry and brittle materials with a wide applicable range but not for materials with low softening point and great viscosity.
Characteristics of High Effective Pulverizer:
After entering the pulverizing chamber of this machine, materials, through the High-speed relative motion of movable fluted dise and fixed fluted dise, are pulverized by the multiple actions of collision, cutting, friction of teeth and the mutual collision of materials themselves. Though a screen mesh, the pulverized material is ejected out of the chamber and enters the power-collecting bag. The different fineness of pulverized products can be attained by changing screen meshes of different apertures.
