Brief Introduction |
JH-8142 is room temperature iron phosphating solution, can use for phosphating treatment of steel and other materials. The film is affected by metal surface condition, cleaning method and processing conditions. JH-8142 suitable for any kinds of paint. The agent does not need surface conditioning, simple technology, phosphating film thin, good adhesion, high corrosion resistance performance, easy operation; coating liquid stability, less sludge, can be recycled, do not need change tank liquid frequently, lower cost, the film is rainbow color. |

Preparation of tank liquid |
Add three-quarters of cold water into working tank,add 50-100kg JH-8142 for each 1000kg tank liquid. |

Preparation of tank liquid |
1) Adjust total acid of 1000L With continuous working, total acid will drop, should inspect regularly and supplement, add 3kg of JH-8142 film forming agent, total acidity increased by 1 point. If the total acidity is too high, you can stop feeding, remain normal production, after a period of time to return to normal bath. 2)If the phasphated parts stand a long time in the air, should add passivating agent to enhance its anti-rust effect. 3) The reason cause the film to thin: A． Temperature to low B． Total acid to low C． Free acid to high 4 4)To make clean washing, overflow water volume should be kept in the best range |

Total acid Use pipette to move 10 ml solution to conical flask,add 3 to 4 drops of phenolphthalein indicator,then titrated with 0.1N NaOH,until the color from colorless to stable red,then the wasting 0.1N NaOH is the total acidity bath. Free acid Use pipette to move 10 ml solution to conical flask,add 3 to 4 drops of bromorphenol blue indicator,then titrated with 0.1N NaOH,until the color from light yellow to light blue,then the wasting 0.1N NaOH is the total acidity bath. |
