Brief Introduction |
JH-8249 is a liquid aluminum alloy passivating agent, can forming a colorless corrosion resistance passivating layer on the surface of aluminum parts by spraying or dipping processing ways. The product does not contain chromium, environmental friendly. The film is nature to light grey color, conversion coating had no significant effect on the binding force of the coating within 200 ℃ |

Preparation of tank liquid |
Add three-quarters of cold water into working tank, add 100kg JH-8249 for each 1000kg tank liquid. Add enough water to make the liquid level to the working level. |

Density Take a certain amount of sample, keeping it at 25 ℃, the density was measured with a hydrometer Free acid 1) pipette take 10 ml liquid into the Erlenmeyer flask 2) drops 3 to 4 drops of bromophenol blue indicator; 3) while swinging with 0.1N sodium hydroxide to color from yellow to blue; 4) the number of 0.1N sodium hydroxide used is free acidity. |
