a member of the pyrethroids family of chemicals which work by disrupting the nervous system of insects causing paralysis and eventually death. It attacks a broad spectrum of primary and secondary insect pests. It affects insects if they eat or touch the chemical. The presence of lambda-cyhalthrin can also act as a repellent to many insects. Products containing lambda cyhalothrin act as pesticides targeting a wide range of insects pests including beetles, butterfly larvae, cockroaches, ticks, aphids, flies and mosquitoes. Lambda-cyhalothrin can be used commercially as an insecticide for crop production and also by amateurs in green houses and on indoor and outdoor plants, lawns and ornamental plants.

2. Application
Mode of action: |
Lambda Cyhalothrin Non-systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action, and repellent properties. Gives rapid knock down and long residual activity. |
Uses: |
l It attacks a broad spectrum of primary and secondary insect pests. It affects insects if they eat or touch the chemical. l The presence of lambda-cyhalthrin can also act as a repellent to many insects. Products containing lambda cyhalothrin act as pesticides targeting a wide range of insects pests including beetles, butterfly larvae, cockroaches, ticks, aphids, flies and mosquitoes. l Lambda-cyhalothrin can be used commercially as an insecticide for crop production and also by amateurs in green houses and on indoor and outdoor plants, lawns and ornamental plants. Crops that can be treated with this insecticide include winter barley, durum wheat, winter oars, winter oilseed rape and winter wheat. It can also be used on grow your own crops such as broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, carrots, peas, cauliflowers and other Brassica crops |
3. Storage & Handing
l Store the material in a well-ventilated, secure area out of reach of children and domestic animals.
l Do not store food, beverages or tobacco products in the storage area.
l Prevent eating, drinking, tobacco use, and cosmetic application in areas where there is a potential for exposure to the material.
l Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
