Product Description
This production line cut to length line to cut cold steel rolling curling sheet,stainless curling sheet,aluminium curling into different sizes of sheet materials.
Standard cut to length line facilities are composed of skipcar,opening curl machine,supporting press equipment,fixed device alignment machine,fixing ruler work platform,shearing machine,deliver work platform,pneumatic transvers bent,loading car,hydraulic system,pneumatic pressure system etc,
The hydraulic system in the production line,is mostly adopted high precise parts from Taiwan,electrical controlling adopts the imported PCC program controlling and touching screen whole line,the alignment dynamo adopts DC motor which is from England euro-mainland company,equipping with high automation,good quality,stead stability,convenient operation and maintaining function and other merits.
