Product Description
1)Preliminary leveling unit composed of power and main motor.
2)Power part is composed of leveling base, speed reducer, YWZ arrester, coupling, power distribute box, joint spindle joint sleeve, universal drive shaft and so on.
3)Main motor equip with high power direct current adjust motor and high capability direct current adjustment. With more high starting pitch of strand than rating, less voice and good reliability.
4)Main motor is separated up and down two rolls each part. Composed of machine base, double housing type frame, 15 leveling rolls (7 up and 8 down), up/down bearing base, beam, roll support frame, worm wheel and worm pole drive to control the upper roll come up and down. Two speed reducers adjust the distance of up and down in entrance and exit rolls. Simple adjustment manually, display on the percent gauge. Leveling working roll diameter is 140mm, 42Cr Mo material.
5)Its forming procures is modulator and intermediate frequency quench and surface plating Cr precise grand, no mark on the surface of sensitivity material. The hardness of leveling working roll is HRC55-58.
6)We adopt needle roller bearing and plane bearing support leveling roller so as to reduce the resistance of whole system. Two sides of the upper roll axial seat is arc rail structure, can adjust the entrance and exit distance between the upper and lower rolls.
7)The rolls joint with universal drive shaft and power distribute box, both is initiative move, with high precise.
