1)  4130 Chemical Component Analysis(%):
      C: 0.28-0.33;  Mn: 0.40-0.60;  Si: 0.15-0.35;  S:<0.040;  P: <0.040; Cr: 0.80 -1.10;  Mo: 0.15-0.25;

2) Monthly Capacity: 5000 tons.

3) SR Condition's Mechanical Properties:

     Ultimate Strength: > 724Mpa; Yield Strength:  > 586Mpa;  Elongation:  > 10%;  Rockwell Hardness B Scale:  > 95;

3) Delivery Condition: Annealed(A), Bright Annealing, Normalized(N), Stress Relief Or Finish Anneal(SR), Quenched and Tempered(Q+T), etc;

4) Surface treatment: ASTM A519-Temporary Coating, Special Coating, Galvanized, immersion oil, lacquer, passivation, phosphating,etc; Or Oil-dip paint black with two plastic caps on each end

5)  Inspection: Strictly according to the standard requirements and offer the original MTC (EN10204.3.1/3.1B)

6) Relevant Test: ASTM 519-Chemical Component Analysis,Mechanical Properties(Ultimate tensile strength,Yield strength,Elongation),Technics Properties(Flattening Test,Flaring Test,Bending Test,Hardness Test,Blow Test,etc), Exterior Size Inspection, Nondestructive electric Test,Hydrostatic Test,  magnetic particle testing;

4) Marking: All tubes are eddy current tested and are marked with size, cast number and specification. Or as per customer's requirement;

6)  Packing: Hexagonal bundles with several steel strips, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve,and sackcloth with several steel strips or packed in heavy tri-wall boxes, wooden boxes, wooden slats as requires;

7) Packing Type: Round , Square, Rectangle, Hexagon.  Streamline, etc;

9) Applications: Automobile and Bearing Industry, Mechanical and Structral Purpose, Hydraulic and Petrochemical Purpose, etc.
