This combination of a printed surface value added process production line contains functions of offset cold foil stamping, hologram images transferring and UV coating as well as UV single printing.
Main features of this production line are as below.
1. Applying radiation curable adhesive on the conventional lithographic plate as a bonding agent to metallic foil to transfer the image onto the surface, regardless how detail of its half tone, the fine line screen images as a litho printing.
2. This technology eliminate the high cost of making a hot foil stamping die and a complicated and timing consumed process for the etching of metallic die. In this process, only a photo process of a litho plate is needed for it simplicity and accuracy. Its make ready time is considerably to be reduced as comparing to the conventional hot foil stamping.
3. From the designing of this unique machine, the space between two adjacent printed sheets is a minimum. Thus, the spoilage of the cold foil is to be kept minimum.
4. The cold foil stamping can be applied prior to printing in order to produce a special effect as printing on the metallic surface. It can also apply on the preprint surface to create a special metallic effect on the printed surface. Its diversity and flexibility of this machine is perfectly compatible for the current printing process.
