What is Injector Nozzle Tester?
The injector validate is applicable to All mechanical injector and common rail injector, The auxiliary product, reducing valve can work with 118 Common rail injector solenoid valve tester to test various types of common rail injector.
There are three different types of tubing, which can be switched to test different injector, so it is the best choice in early examination of injector.
How To Test Injectors with Nozzle Tester?
At first: Fix the injector onto the middle of the bear pressure tie tightly with the clamp handle, or use the high pressure pipe connect to the middle of the behind bear pressure tie.
Second: Do the test of pumping oil inferring to the pressure of injector which to be tested, adjust the adjusting blot on the upside of the injector, after the oil is pumped , observe the atomizing quality and test the injecting angle.
How to Distinguish the Injector Valve Quality?
observe the status of atomizing quality: the atomizing granule should be small and equably. No big oil trickle saw with eyes .the oil is to be injected to a absorbing oil paper which has no big oil dots on it.
injecting fuel should be quickly, there is no phenomenon of oil drop or oil dropping after injecting , the injecting taper angle should be within the prescribed range.
