Description:
1. J25 series c-frame double-crank press can be applies for punching and shallow drawing of large sized plates. It may be also be equipped with multi-stage dies or other transfer dies for processing parts and components of complex structures.
2. Steel-welded frame,high rigidity and less deformation.
3. Pneumatic combination friction clutch-brake, low noise and long service life, to ensure reliable safety and flexible action.
4. Main drive gear immersed in a closed oil tank, running smoothly with low noise
5. Six-side long rectangle guides of the slide in high moving precision and high accuracy, extending the service life of the die.
6. Imported hydraulic overload protection device, effects emergent stop against overload, protecting the dies and preventing damages to the press.
7. Motorized die height adjustment.
8. Variable stroke speed, meeting the requirements for the processing of different parts and components; PLC human-machine interface and encoder control for the electrical system, ensuring safety and flexibility.
9. Photoelectric protector, transmission output axle, feeder, air cushion and other optional accessories are available for the power press subject to the user\'s demands.
