Vertical preheater is one of the main equipments for active lime solution. New energy-saving vertical preheater rotary kiln calcining process preheats limestone to about 800℃ in the preheater by making use of the heat of flue gas in the kiln tail. Then the limestone is pushed out by hydraulic push rod. By way of the transporter chute, the limestone gets into the rotary kiln where it is roasted and decomposed.
