DT II Fixed Belt Conveyor

Introduction：

Belt conveyer has features of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance and standard parts. So it is widely used in the industries of mine, metallurgy and coal to convey loose materials and finished products.

According to different technique requirements, the machine can convey material singly or be formed conveying system with other conveying equipments to meet different project requirements.

The working temperature is from -200C to +400C and the temperature of conveying material is under 500C.

Features

1. Belt conveyors  is widely used for transporting material in mining, gravel field, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mineral processing, coal mining and other industries.

2. Belt conveyors  is suitable for conveying material whose bulk density is less than 1.67t / cubic meter, and powder, granular, small block of low-abrasive materials that is easy to dig and bags of materials, such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, fertilizer, and grain. The sent material temperature is less than 60 °C. The form of their assembly and the length can be determined according to user' requirements.

3. Belt conveyors is widely used in underground tunnel in the mine, mine ground transportation systems, open pit mining, ore dressing plant.
