Introduction：

Not suitable for viscous transport, and easy to agglomerate and perishable materials. The form of screw conveyor according to the level of configuration, tilt, and the form of portfolio and work with other transportation device used to complete the set operation, distribution, whip, mixing, dehydration, set list of ingredients, dumping of cut-off, stacking operation, etc.. This product is suitable for bulk cement transportation from cement bin to stirring machine or to dosing machine in concrete batching plant.

Working Principle : 

Double Screw Conveyor is divided into tube-type and trench-type two types, It is also called double screw feeder, Double screw conveyor is special designed to solve the inaccurate material batching problems in single screw conveyor. It could transport the material to the feeding equipments inlet through helical blade.
