Purpose of ZB06-A Fabric Inspection & Rolling Machine:
This machine is applicable to the finishing workshops of the cotton textile mill, printing-dyeing mill, knitting factory in the vacuum packing of the diverse fabrics.
Features of ZB06-A Fabric Inspection & Rolling Machine:
1)Imported optical fibre testing system for stepless counting of fabric roll;
2)Driven by an imported braking motor for the accurate positioning of the fabric roll;
3)Unique air-oil shifting system for a free lifting of the closure cutter base;
4)Advanced operation, continuous movements and intelligenced operation;
5)Free height-counting adjustment system, allowing to adjust the tension of the fabric roll with facility;
6)Large power exhausting system to effect a real vacuum;
7)Way of sealing: a 3-side closing (the closing cutter temperature controller is at constant temperature );
8)Film rolling: Upper-and-down PE film feeding (Main sealing generates no waste material).
