Purpose of MB541 Fabric Rolling Machine:
MB541 FOLDING-ROLLING MACHINE is used in the finishing workshops in wool mills for folding and rolling worsted/ carded, cotton, blend and knitting polyester, wool-type chemical fiber fabrics into bolts for delivery. With automatic with drawing lessen labor intensity.
Features of MB541 Fabric Rolling Machine:
1)Welded with section steel, folded with steel plate. Chic style, compact and practical.
2)Equipped with electrical edge-absorption device. May be optionally equipped with length counter.
3)Imported photoelectric meter controlling edge-aligning motor for automatic alignment.
4)Momental motor to keep constant tension during folding-rolling.
5)A type doubling edge-aligning frame and triangle are made of stainless steel.
6)Motor-driven automatic sword withdrawal for the ejection of rolling plate (may optionally select manual withdrawal of the sword).
7)Highly automatic. Easy to operate.
8)May be optionally equipped with imported fabric length meter or adjustable electronic length meter (allows to count, fix and totalize the length in meter and yard as well as display the rolling-inspecting speed)
