It is redesigned on the basis of wide investigation in China with excellent cleaning effect. Giving priority to shot-blasting cleaning, this machine has lifting shot-blasting structure to give secondary cleaning for inside chamber of workpieces, fit for water pump, steamer, machine tool, chemical industry, architecture and foundry industry as ideal surface cleaning and intensifying equipment for large or medium size castings, cast steels and welding parts.
The room is welded and is composed of left side wall, right side wall, back side wall and top board; turning trolley is composed of frame, turntable and supporting wheel with airproofed structure. Elevator and airproofing part adopts conveyer belt which will be curled up and down by winding device along with movement of operation room to airproof and protect the device. Pill and sand mixture will be lifted to inside screw of roller screen and discharged.
The gate is driven by cylinder.
