1. RFQ for free

2. quotation and detailed Discussion
Mould material,cavity number,price,runner,payment,etc.

3. Order placed with final 3D.
↓
4. DFM and Design mould
DFM is the presentation of main technical points as well as where we find issues and possible defects which may cause unnecessary modifications .We will send mould design to customer for confirmation

5. Mould manufacturing
We start to process mould after mould design confirmed
↓
6. schedule report
Send pictures and weekly schedule report to customer to let customer know what we are doing
↓
7. Mould trial
sample submission with inspection report of trial shots
↓
8. sample approval and mold Delivery
Ship mould after mould quality confirmed.
Mould material: P20 steel, H13, NAK80, 2344, 2343, S136, 420 etc .
Runner Cold runner: Yudo/moldmaster/incoe/Synventive
Certificate: ISO
Standard: HASCO, DME, LKM Misumi
Specification drawings:
Pro/E, Auto CAD, Solidwork, UG, CAD/CAM/CAE.
Precision machining :
CNC, milling machine, drilling machine, numerical lathe, all types of lathe
Surface finish process: polishing, texturing sand blasting, heat treatment, painting, electroplating, mirror polishing .
Shaping mould:injection mould and die-casting mould
Mould life: 1-2 million shots
With the help of CMM, projector, and some other measuring tools and equipments and team members conscientiousness,we can guarantee the mold quality by inspecting in-coming material ,manufacturing process and samples.

4. Mold Electrodes Inspection
5. Mold Core and Cavity Steel Dimension Inspection
6. Mold Pre-Assembly Inspection
7. Mold Trial Report and Samples Inspection
8. Final Full Inspection prior to shipment
