SHL 35t/h Boiler

This boiler has dual horizontal canisters with natural circulating water pipe chain grate, includes saturation steam boiler and overheating steam boiler. The former boiler can be applied in life heating for mine enterprise manufactures, the latter boiler can be matched with 5 MW steamer generator sets.
Coal category is II Coal, adopt 7.9m chain grate and rear arch which covering degree can reach at 65% for the consideration of adaptability of coal category; front and rear arch covered by fireproof materials to reduce heat on surface which will form high temperature area, In addition, fireproof material benefits for lighting fire and strengthening burn for bad quality coal. Dual sides¡¯ inlet wind for grate to guarantee even ventilating for coal. Set separation set for steam and water, and water overfall groove in upper boiler canister so that to realize discharging continuously to acquire high quality steam.
Overheating device is vertical type, coal economizer is steel tube; set recycling pipe to protect coal economizer, two sets of air preheater set in the bottom of back smoke well; air comes from bottom and comes out from above.
Adopt heavy furnace wall, set protecting plate for front wall and furnace top.
Good effect for eliminating smoke for its good burning condition and dust-removing equipment. At the same time, it features safe and reliable structure, large loading capacity, simple operation and maintenance, low working intensity and so on.
