Low-temperature Waste Heat Generation
Low-temperature waste heat generation technology is the achievement of our company through years of research and experiment.Different from the large and medium-sized thermal power generation station,low-temperature waste heat generation technology generates electricity through the recovery of continuous emission of low-grade energy in low-temperature waste steam and smoke of chemical,oil,building materials,textile, metallurgical,pharmaceutical,food,paper,electronic appliances and other enterprises,which transfers low-grade or waste heat into high energy - electricity in enterprise production.Therefore it is a recycling-efficient energy saving technology.This technology can successfully and directly transfers the low-grade waste heat into electricity,which not only costs low investment,but also achieves significant economic benefits.It is a a well-established way and means for large enterprises to recycle waste heat and save energy.
Brief of the screw expander
Expander is a machine works for the external through gas swelling and consumption,such as steamer (turbine),gas turbine,screw machine,pistons machines,etc.Expander can be divided into speed and volume modes by different ways of energy conversion.The speed mode is applicable to high-quality,stable load and big flow sources of heat,such as steamer (turbine)and gas turbines.While the volume mode is applicable to low-grade,small flow and instable load heat,such as screw expander.Compared with the gas turbine,screw expander is of low cost,high adaptability and can adapt to all kinds of conditions,such as superheated steam,saturated steam,steam and water flow in two-phase and hot water (including high salt water)conditions.
Technical characteristics of screw expander
It is a volume mode and full flow power equipment,which adapts to superheated steam,saturated steam,steam and water flow in two-phase and hot water (including high salt water) conditions;
Stepless speed regulation,general design of speed is(1500 ~ 3000) r / min,compared with the same power turbine,it has a higher efficiency, generally above 65%;
⑶Be able to maintain steady work status and higher operating efficiency in the range of 50% changes of heat,power and heat load parameters;
Single machine power (50 ~ 2000) Kw;
Compact equipment,an occupation of small area,small amount of construction works;
Easy to operate,simple operation and maintenance,self-cleaning,long cycle overhaul;
Without jigers or warming up when start.Low-noise,stable,safe,reliable, fully automated and unattended operation;
Screw expander uses low-temperature waste heat,and it can be divided into direct and indirect applications:
The heat scope of direct application screw expander as shown in the follow:
Steam parameters: 0.3 Mpa-3.0MPa, temperatures <300 ℃
Hot water parameters: hot water with over 0.8 MPa pressure,temperature> 170 ℃
The heat scope of indirect application screw expander as shown in the follow:
Steam parameters: various steam with pressure <0.1 MPa
Hot water parameters: pressure <0.8 Mpa,hot water with temperature> 65 ℃
Smoke parameters: smokes with temperature> 200 ℃ .
