This tester is a integrated tester for plug.It is used to test the continuity,polarity,insulation,high-volt,leakage current of power plug. It meets the requirements of many international standards such as BIS, UL, CSA, VDE, BSI, DIN, CCC, IEC,etc.It is a totally automatic testing machine makes your operation more convenient and simple.
Features:
* All of the test subjects will done automatically.
* The inner/outer high-volt output value and persistence period can be adjusted separately.
* Test speed is quick,all test subjects will be achieved less than 2 seconds.
* The PLC control system comes from Mitsubishi,Made In Japan.
* The relay comes from Schneider,Made In French.
* If the specimen is incompetent,there is a alarm by buzzer and light.
* If the specimen is incompetent,this machine will stop at once and show you which subject is incompetent.Until you push the emergency button it will restart a new test.And a switch with key can be made to order to replace the high-volt starting button,it is very useful,because when a alarm happen,the operaters can not restart this machine,only after managers have checked over and restart it by the key the machine will work again.
* When test over,the specimen will be pushed out automatically,and a “T” or other characters could be marked on it(English characters only).

1,Inner high-volt is applied between L,N,E wires,and the outer high-volt is applied between L,N,E wires and jacket.
