Major configuration:
Horizontal cylinder: dyeing machine body adopts Stainless Steel 316L Cover sealing: silicon rubber sealing belt, internal pressure self-sealing Uncovering type: manual uncovering Safety device: trebling safety interlocking mechanism; temperature pressure protection, ensure that the cover not open above 80 ℃ or main cylinder has pressure; main cylinder and heat exchanger have safety valve and pressure gage; there is overload,fault alarm system. Inflow outflow: double inflow double outflow, high temperature discharge Heating type: external heating Temperature control: Computer self control temperature rising,cooling,keep warming. Chemical system: equipped with open-type chemical barrel Charging system: high pressure charging pump (mechanical sealing), automatic charging. Temperature measurement: main cylinder digital readout thermograph, double-system PT100 temperature sensor. Compression system: pressure controller, automatic/manual compression and pressure exhaust function. Host processing: surface blast sanding, internal precision polishing. Overflow cleaning: cleaning mouth placed in the top, convenient for overflow cleaning. Yarn cage: equipped one cage each machine; core rod,butterfly slice,tapered end(equipped referred to user’s tube request)Description:
Control electrical cabinet,dyeing computer,electric control: all made of stainless steel, surface polishing treatment; XYC Guangdong New Yi City special dyeing computer, PLC-full automatic function: inflow outflow,temperature rising,cooling,chemicals stirring,curve feeding/calling signal,overflow cleaning,in-outflow reversing control,compression & decompression,open & close cover,alarming etc, automatic changed to manual type anytime.
Competitive Advantage:
Main low pressure assembly is from Suzhou Siemens, equipeed with magnetic valve, pressure regulating valve, moisture separator etc; equipped with safety alarming function, high temperature alarming(above 80℃),normal temperature display,feeding calling,safety alarming.
Main pump: Taiwan Zaixiang professional dyeing pump, equipped with mechanical sealing, Southern Anhui Motor.
Frequency changer: Huichuan Frequency changer.
Pneumatic valve: in-outflow is stainless steel ball valve,others are stainless steel Y-valve.
Main cylinder liquid level: magnetic reproduce liquid level.
Mechanicals vat liquid level: mechanicals barrel equipped with bubble type pressure transmitter.
