Description:
Two Down drive guide rollers(big diameter), guide rollers diameterФ250mm, two guide rollers are in the independent wash tank, lotion backflow to improve wash efficiency.Lotion is 130mm higher above the guide roller, this can ensure the adequate exchange between surface dyeing and lotion, and decrease cutting points distance (fabric enter into mesh roller) in max limit, keep sure fabric relax synchronous running.
Mesh roller and two big diameter guid rollers dragged by BWD2-43-1.5 motor reducer together,unique driven design ensures fabric relax synchronous running.
Excessive guide roller roller diameterФ150mm,2mm stainless steel plate and 2mm carbon steel composite coated roller, with light weight and good dynamic balance efficiency, the fabric can run in low tension.
Mesh roller, big diameter guide roller,excussive guide roller adopt stainless steel bearing block, external rolling bearings, Ф50mm mechnical seal, decrease fabric running tension in max limit.
Drip washing box inside with low tension tension frame,high precision pneumatic control valve,instrument, air cylinder control, ensure the fabric tension delivery siginal is true,in high speed,sensitive.
Tension frame actuating signal feedback through high precision FJS-R type angular transducer.
Drip washing box equipped with dynamic filter circulation box to ensure lotion clean and full washing of fabric, improve lotion use ratio, low energy and consumption.Circulation pumb model: centrifugal pipeline pumb 100BF100, flow rate: 100m³/h, 4KW.
Internal with Venturi direct heating pipe, uniform heat, reduce noise.
Drip washing box equipped with backflow mouth to achieve backflow box by box, pneumatic dewatering, fast and convenient.
Top open the door,easy to clean.
Temperature self control, 95—98℃±3℃,low energy and consumption, easy to operate.
Box side equipped with temperature gauge,surface and ground into 45°, easy to observe.
Left and right toughened glass door, convenient to observe internal condition.

Padder drive roller is stainless steel roller, diameter Ф220mm, passive BNR roller is in the top of steel roller, diameter Ф250mm,pressure 3t, dragged by 2.2KW AC motor.
Drive thread separator roller diameter Ф125mm,single drag.
