Application

The flat screen printing machine is suitable for rugs, blankets and thick fabric. Strong penetration of the non-woven fabric printing.

Technical characters

The whole conduction belt controls the search by computer automatically, adopt world’s leading topspeed full automatic compensation, solve the positive-negative error of conduction belt during high speed motion. Conduction belt driving coupling adopt interference fit, clamp rigidity hard wired, to achieve better synchronization of conduction dual-motor, faster reponse and higher precision. The whole machine is Mitsubishi LCD touch screen, high precision numerical positioning, control precison is 0.001MM, encoder resolution is : 131072P/REV, orientation module operating rate is 1.7 million /minute. All-digital high precision double-servo conduction band positioning system adopt Japan Yasukawa SGDM-1AADA system. Center control cabinet all adopt Japan Yasukawa SGDM-1AADA and Mitsubishi product. High precision reducer adopt Japan Mitsubishi reducer. Conduction drive double-roller bearings adopt NSK high precision bearings. Printing belt adopt Germany Seigling high precision belt, model 6552. Machine table installed of 5mm high-quality steel plate, two sides coated with SUS304 plate. Machine side adopt Japan Yasukawa servo motor to control the lifting of screen  frame.                Equipped with scraper( coated and peel table glue), equipped with cleaning baffle plate.

 Full automatic textile printing process:

Open-width feeding → automatic opening across flats → tensionless patch → automatic squeegee printing → feeding → ovens → open-width doffing
