Introduction of PE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line:
PE double wall corrugated pipes are used for drainage, waste water and sewage. Sunlight manufactures extrusion line for producing HDPE PE corrugated pipes in diameters of OD 63mm up to 1500mm. The complete line is operated and controlled by a automation system, which enables customers to produce the pipes in hight quality.

1. Co-extrusion technology
2. The die head has two structures: Independent extrusion structure and co-extrusion structure
3. Die head have water and air circular system and form the double wall corrugated pipe by cooling water and compressed air.
4. Extruder and forming machine can affect ganged function
5. Manual and automatic function
6. Corrugator adopt horizontal and full closed structure, easy operation and beautiful, free appearance
7. Forming moulds cooled by air and water.

1. Double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line(OD63-250mm/OD200-400mm), this plant is high output and adopt water cooling system

PE HDPE double wall corrugated pipe Production Line ( 500- 800 / 800- 1200 ID)
1. Die head has special designed to aim at two-layer inline belling structure and feed material by double-spiral co-extrusion structure
2. Big screen LCD human-computer interface system, CAN data bus technology can achieve full production process supervision and management.
3. Germany simens control system
4. Corrugator adopt advanced shuttle-type structure, rectangular working trail, easy and convenient to change and regulating forming moulds and the long forming stroke makes good forming effect of pipes.
5. Foming Mould (water cooling) is made of high quality aluminium alloy which possess good heat dispersion and hot corrosion resistence. Adopt advanced CNC processing technic to control precision strictly
6. Imported accumulator ensure working table back automatically and disengage forming mould from cooling mandrel when power off suddenly or other bugs happened.
7. Two layers in-line belling moulds can bell the pipes in any length.
