biaxial geogrid is made of PP and HDPE, specially extruded and extended to 2 direction, which could decrease the needed filling soil for the structure and distribute the load evenly. It has a high tensile strength and durability, and is resistant to mechanical damage, suitable for soft ground foundation and rib-added earth structure.
Construction Guideline
Dig a foundation and establish a sand layer with a eight difference of 10cm or less. Press it flat and install the grid with the vertical axis in the same direction as the main tensile strength, the vertical overlap 15-20cm and horiaontal 10cm. Then fasten the overlapping area with plastic strips and fix the grid to the ground with U nails every 1.5-2 meters and fill the grid with earth material immediately after. Layers of grids to be installed are designed according to technical requirement.
