Application: Leveling agent DY-503 is a polyacrylate with epoxy resin carrier. It's developed especially to correct surface imperfection, such as craters, pinhole and eye-fishes. It gives very good flowing. 503 may be applied in pure epoxy or hybrid powder coatings. DY-503 may be applied in epoxy or hybrid powder coatings. It can eliminate the orange peel and craters of film effectively. As a free flow powder, it's easily incorporated into powder coating formulation by the standard dry blended operation and homogenized with resin and other components to form a uniform system. The dosage of DY-503 in formulation is about 4~6%wt, based on total coating. The precise amount should be tried in the lab. 3. Storage: Keep in the cool place, far away from fire.
