Description:
1. Conical Twin Screw Extruder: Adopting specially screw designs according to different materials make the high polymer micro-foam uniform plasticization, high extrusion. Imported famous brands AC inverter makes the rotation speed stable to ensure the main extruder and accessory machines move synchronously.
2. Vacuum calibrating table:Adopts powerful turbo cooling system, easy to achieve satisfactory cooling effect. According to different moulds and different customer requirements, the vacuum calibrating table can be optional as 4m, 6m.
Applications:
1. WPC production line is mainly used for producing wpc profiles,such as decking,skirting stair handrails etc.Meanwhile,this production line can also produce pure pvc products,such as door&window frame,ceiling etc.
2.The machine can produce PE,PP or PVC and wood profile products. These products are mainly applied for making pallets , packing cases , floors , wall decoration materials and other wide application. The wood powder or plant fiber can be putup to max , 50-75%. This machine can produce the pp, pe , pvc , abs, ps and etc.
