1. PVC(WPC) profile production line is suitable for producing PVC(WPC) profile, multi-hole cable duct (4-hole, 6-hole, 7-hole, 9-hole option). According to different profile section and mould to choose different conical or parallel twin-screw extruder and provide relative vacuum sizing tank, haul-off, cross direction saw cutter, stacker auxiliary equipment.
2. The output capacity of main extruder is from 150kg/h to 450kg/h for option. Auto-fixed length cutting, assembled swarf suction device. According to different mould, the vacuum sizing tank could be provided of 4m, 6m, 8m, 11m models, and provided parallel twin screw extruder for high speed extruding.
Description:
1. Newest Technology Wood Plastic WPC Profile Extrusion Production Line
The profile extusinon line mainly used for making different kind of door and window profile. Can be used for making PVC and WPC window profile, hollow profile, fence, ceiling profile and others. The unit is composed of conical double-screw extruder, vacuum moulding table, haul-off, cutter and stack rack. The unit is optimized in design, referring to the newest foreign technology. The unit has the advantages of even plasticizing, small velocity of cutting, high output, long service-life and so on.
2. A pre-heating feeder is mounted on the top of the extruder which extracts the humdity from the wood powder , so that the feeding section of the extruder can be filled with enough materialand the plastification effect will be better. Special and well designed screw enables the raw material to be evently stay in the extruder. The screws and barrel are bi-metallic treated , noare wearable and anti-corrosion.
Applications:
PVC WPC plastic profile machine mainly use PVC, UPVC WPC as raw materials, production of various kinds of plastic doors and Windows profiles (plastic profiles, decorative profiles electric cable trunk,window profile,ceiling board), etc.
In addition,the machine can produce PE, PP or PVC WPC woodplastic profile products (the raw material is:Wood flour and add the amount of plant fiber high (up to 50-75%),mainly is used for trays, box board, flooring, outdoor decorative materials, use very extensive.
