They can be widely used in pharmaceuticals, non=ferrous metals metallurgical and chemical industrial, in the equipments of frame filter presses , centrifuge filters, vacuum filters. The filtering precision can reach less than 5 microns.

Polypropylene Filter Fabrics Series

Polypropylene Fabrics Series, which are made of polypropylene fiber (PP), can be divided into PP staple fabrics, PP long thread fabrics, and PP monofilament fabrics. These products possess the properties of acid-resistance, alkali-resistance, small specific gravity, and the melting point is 142-146 centidegree, maximum operating temperature 90centidegree. They are mainly used in precision chemical , dye chemical, sugar, pharmaceutical, and alumina industry is the equipments of frame filter press, belt filters,  blend belt filters, disc filters, drum filters etc. The filter precision can reach less than 1 micron.

Polyamide Filter Fabrics Series

Polyamide Fabrics Series, which are made of polyamide fibers(PA), can be divided into PA long thread fabrics and monofilament fabrics. These products possess the properties of weak acid-resistance, high alkali-resistance, high mightiness, and the melting point is 215-250centidegree, maximum operating temperature 130centidegree.They can also be divided into PA6 series and PA66 series, and the later performs better. They are mainly used in the industries of chemical. Coal mining, building materials , and metallurgy in the equipments of strong alkali operating conditions, such as frame filter press, disc filters, and centrifuge filters.
