PP needle punched felt

The PP needle punched felt is widely used in liquid-solid filtration. Besides some properties as ordinary filter felt have, the properties of anti-acid, anti-alkali and lower soften point of PP are better than polyester, and its stability of water solution is excellent, so PP needle punched filter felt is often used in the field with fume temperature under 100centidegree, the density of acid and alkali is high or the field of filtering solid liquid that the density of acid and alkali is high.

PP needle felt can be produced by ordinary staple scrim or high strength filament scrim, due to the customer demands with different thickness, width, and lengths:

Weight Ranges from 200g/m2 to 2000g/m2

Thickness Ranges from 1.5mm to 6mm

Possible width from 1600mm to 2200mm, Max up to 3500mm.

Different Treatment are possible.
