PTFE membrane needle felt

The filtering surface of membrane is a very thin, extremely smooth, anti-chemistry and micro porous film of expanded PTFE. For durability , the PTFE membrane is bonded to the surface of a base fabric (the backing material), and realizes surface filtration. By Coating inhance the Surface filtration the dust rest on the surface of the filter felt not penetrating in it.

Because the PTFE membrane has the advantage of smooth, chemical stability, long service life and waterproof , it results in excellent dustcake release, light filtration efficiencies and longer service life.

Application
