Common Vulcanising Solution Rhombus Repairing Slice For Fast Rubber Belt Repairing
Production Application
Rhombus Repairing slice(Without strengthening layer) is used for repairing small rubber damage.
Rhombus Repairing slice(With fabric strengthening layer) is used for repairing the constructive damage.
Usage
1. First mark the damage, Choose suitable size repairing patch;
2. Use the professional grinder with suitable grinding disc;
3. After polishing the damage, brush CMX3000 adhesive and ER-45 hardener mixture.
4. If the first adhesive is dry completely, brush it again.
5. When it has viscosity, attach the repairing patch, please avoid the air in it.
6. Using compaction roller rolling the patch from inner to outer, and eliminate the bubbles
