Features
1. This machine is mainly used for producing single color shoe sole, strap, lace, jelly shoes, air blowing shoes in PVC ,TPR, TPU.
2. Hydraulic motor drives the screw, the shooting system was controlled by multiple sectional pressures and multiple sectional speeds.
3. Charging barrel heater adopts independent 4 sectional types to insure melting quality.
4. A strong mould locking mechanism is set in mould clamping system, it is suitable for large size mould and plastic products which demands very high shooting pressure.
5. It adopts high technical oil hydraulic circuit design , and combined with the feature of proportional pressure flow valve.
