1) We make PVC+ASA two layer co-extrusion Roofing tile .ASA layer for anti-UV for longer life
We also produce one layer ,three layer or four layer Corrugated tile machine.
2) Corrugated tile width 840mm/1130mm,thickness 1.5-3mm adjustable.
We can produce the machine as your requested product size.
3) plastic Corrugated tile have the same product structure with metal tile.

5) The turnkey machine contain main tile extrusing machine,Ridge tile forming machine,mixer,crusher,pulverizer...

Work flow:
Mixer for bottom layer(PVC powder, CaCO3, CPE, PE-WAX, Stearic acid , Compound stabilizer ,ACR, paraffin)
Extrusion process: Conical twin-screw extruder for bottom layer-Single screw extruder for Surface layer(ASA)-Mould-surface embossing(Optional)-Forming machine-Haul-off-cutter-stacker –Main tile
Oven-Ridge tile machine and mould-1set Ridge tile
Crusher(waste material)-Pulverizer—Reuse again for extrusion line
