     This series of machines is the first one to use the industry computer center control in China. It can accurately control the mulit-motor tension, logic action and CCD printing quality inspection. Now we already formed two grades series. This series of machines can not only ensure the high-speed running but also can furthest increase the production efficiency by using the CCD camera, image analysis, defective products showing, reset accurately etc. The equipment can apply to the continuously production of the various kinds of the rolled material which be printed and coating image be inspected.

1. Control system is by the means of menu selection of touch screen to set the working speed, running tension, reel diameter, reel length, defect memory, rewind restoration, stroboscope, film-broke stopped and size modification of paper core etc., which is easy for operation and control.

2. Deviation correction system for unwind use microprocessor control with convenient man-machine operation. Implementation pare use low friction linear motional bearing with action flexibility and stability.

3. Unwind & Rewind units are equipped with movable slide carriage and pneumatic shaft-less tip tone type chuck for fixation of material reel as well as safe guard device, to obtain the easy and highly efficient operation even one worker enough.

4. The whole machine is designed with compact structure and high stability. The base and wall frame adopts integrated foundry structure taking on the features of high intensity and rigidity to ensure excellent stability during operation process.
